Feldman Mall Properties Inc (NYSE: FMP) has announced that it has entered into a new lease with bookseller Barnes & Noble for a store of approximately 30,000 square feet at its Harrisburg Mall.
The mall is located three miles east of the state capital of Harrisburg, PA.
The new Barnes & Noble store will flank the mall's main entrance and its construction is expected to start in the next few months, with completion set for the first half of 2008.
The company said that the new Barnes & Noble lease at Harrisburg Mall is Feldman Mall Properties' fifth lease with Barnes & Noble at its seven malls throughout the US.
