COLERAIN TWP. – Rave Motion Pictures has agreed to open a 14-screen, all-digital multiplex theater at Northgate Mall, said Feldman Mall Properties Inc., owner of the 1.1 million square-foot mall that's undergoing a renovation.
The new theater, slated to open next fall, will occupy at 60,000 square-feet in the space formerly occupied by J.C. Penney.
"This addition of Rave Motion Pictures is a pivotal step in Feldman Mall Properties’ transformation of the Northgate Mall," said Larry Feldman, the company’s CEO.
